As development of information and technology, e-learning is famous in teacher community. Naidu (2006) said that e-learning is commonly referred to the intentional use of networked information and communications technology in teaching and learning. Different with some years ago, e-learning is seldom can be found in Indonesia since technology still traditionally and following other country. Teaching in Indonesia was still use chalk and blackbord in that years. Until some years later, someone that has innovation to make internet between computer around the world.
Many changes in curriculum of Indonesian Education, technology included there. One of prominent changes in curriculum of 2013 (In Indonesia is called K-13) is IT-Teacher is erased. There are many IT-Teachers in Junior High School and Senior High School repel it. K-13 is still in experiment exactly until 2013. After it, monitoring and evaluation will be do to decide Is K-13 can be implemented in Indonesian Education. In middle of 2014, education goverment decide that K-13 is hard to be implemented. So, they decide to K-13 will be implemented to School which able to handle it, the others will be back using KTSP 2006, currciculum that before K-13. I think decision that made by government is used as Indonesia Beneficence.

K-13 state that Teacher must be able to using IT according compatibility with the Material. The one is E-learning. Aim of E-learning is to make distance between Student and Teacher is little. Teacher can give material, explanation, teaching using E-learning anywhere, anytime. Student also can access E-learning anytime and anywhere. So, student can study without Direct Teaching from their Theacer.
